Class Action against Telus Mobility
The law offices of Juroviesky LLP have filed a class action lawsuit against Telus Mobility in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
The suit claims compensation for customers of Telus Mobility for improperly rounding up bills to the next minute, thus improperly billing customers for over-limit charges, roaming and long distance fees.
Juroviesky LLP are seeking to pursue statutory and common law remedies against the Defendant for breach of the Consumer Protection Act, and Breach of Contract.
